Join us as we conclude our Marriage by Design series. This Sunday we will look at how over time, husbands and wives can begin noticing what is wrong while overlooking the good that is still right in front of them. We will look at how gratitude can change what we see, guard what is happening within our hearts, and strengthen our marriages, and literally re-wire our brains. PARENT MEETING FOR STUDENT MINISTRY
Parents of students 6th-12th grade, please join us on Sunday, September 13, immediately following the service in the LGI Room. I will provide an update on our search for a new Student Pastor and explain where we currently are in the hiring process. We will also discuss what we are planning for Student Ministry in the meantime and how we will continue serving and discipling our students. This will be an important meeting, so we strongly encourage all parents of students to attend.

Ladies Fall Bible Study: Hebrews
Ladies, we’d love for you to join us this fall as we spend seven weeks walking through the book of Hebrews together. This will be a great opportunity to slow down, dig into God’s Word, build deeper relationships with other women, and be reminded of just how near Jesus is in every season of life. Whether you’ve been part of our Bible studies before or this would be your first one, there’s a place for you!

KAIROS PRISON MINISTRY WEEKEND OPPORTUNITY
This fall, we have a powerful opportunity to share the love of Jesus in a place most people never see. In October, Kairos Prison Ministry will be hosting a 3‑day Kairos Retreat for the men at the Navasota Pack 12 Unit, and they’ve invited our church to help.
Kairos is a Christian ministry that goes inside prisons to lead spiritual retreats—three days of worship, teaching, listening, and showing God’s unconditional love. These weekends change lives. Many men encounter Christ in a real and personal way for the first time.
All men over the age of 20 are invited to volunteer to be part of the inside team. You don’t need special skills—just a willing heart. If God is stirring something in you, we’d love for you to learn more.

We will meet each Tuesday from 6:30–8:00 p.m. at the Arnesons’ home for fellowship, encouragement, and a study through the book of Jonah. This is a great opportunity to build stronger relationships with other men while growing together in our walk with Christ. We hope you will make plans to join us!

JESUS' FAVORITE OF THE MONTH: PHIL ARNESON
This month, we're excited to honor Phil Arneson as our "Jesus' Favorite of the Month!" Phil Arneson faithfully serves as the Men’s Ministry Leader at Living Stones Church, where he has a heart for helping men grow deeper in their faith and stronger in their relationships with one another. Each Tuesday night from 6:30–8:00 PM, Phil leads our men in studying God’s Word, engaging in meaningful conversations, and building genuine friendships and fellowship. Currently, the men are walking through the Book of Jonah together.
Phil also has a passion for investing in the next generation. On Sunday mornings during the worship service, he serves once a month as one of our Junior High leaders, helping our students understand God’s Word and encouraging them to build a faith of their own. We are incredibly grateful for the many ways Phil faithfully serves the men, students, and families of Living Stones Church.
